WORK TIMELINE:
Typical processing time on annual backflow testing for existing devices is 2-5 business days after testing occurs.

Typical processing time on new installs or replacement devices is 5-10 business days.  This varies depending on how quickly the City inspections department verify & accept the backflow device test data.

Our backflow testers have 48 business hours to enter testing data into our system and into the purveyors online tracking systems. 

Once they enter the test results into the online tracking systems, our office staff will make payments daily to these online companies to pay for any complete tests. 

Our office staff then strive to mail, email or upload your invoice & copies of the test reports to you within an additional 48 business hours.  Our office staff will work the jobs one day at a time & in the order received so older jobs will take priority.

If there were deficiencies, failures or additional issues at your property that may delay the processing times the tester should have reached out to you at the time of service to notify you of any delays or concerns.
